Ezra is a graduate of Computer Practical Engineering (1983), and worked in that field until he started his real estate career in January 1986. He worked with an independent Real Estate office in N. Miami Beach, specializing in VA and HUD foreclosures sales, as well as conventional sales for the next 23 years.
In September 2005 Ezra became a broker and opened a Real Estate Office with average of 10-15 agents. In the beginning of 2006, he opened a branch office with Benchmark Financial Mortgage Group and Berkshire Financial, A licensed Mortgage lender, as Mortgage Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer originating and processing residential and commercial loans, with monthly averaged loan volume of over 2 million dollars.
In April 2009 Ezra joined the office of Adler Realty which predominately serviced REO listings and dealing directly with REO buyers. Ezra joined the office of Eiglarsh Realty which also services REO listings after it was merged with Adler Realty. From December 2103 to January 2015 Ezra was with MMD Realty.
Since January 2015 Ezra joined United Realty Group as a broker associate specializing in Listings and Sells of residential and commercial Real Estate.
