Wendy Rosenberg has been in the Real Estate business for more than 25 years. She is Vice President of South Florida Title Associates, LLC Sawgrass Branch. Wendy moved to South Florida in 1978 to attend the University of Miami where she received an MBA in Marketing. She loved the weather so much that she chose to stay and establish a life in sunny South Florida.
Wendy grew up in Philadelphia and graduated from Penn State University with a BA in Advertising.
Wendy raised her two children in South Florida and has witnessed the huge growth and development in the area. She sold her house in the suburbs of West Broward last year and is currently enjoying a new life in downtown Ft. Lauderdale where she has become an expert on condo living.
Wendy publishes monthly newsletters . She is CDPE ( Certified Distress Property Expert) certified and was selected to serve on the Presidential Advisory Group (PAG) for Florida Realtors for short sales.
